3Ci is hiring a Senior Network Engineer for our client. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and managing the infrastructure that supports the company's IT platforms. You will work alongside infrastructure vendors and partners to support and manage a broad range of systems including cloud, on-premise, and virtual platforms. The Senior Network Engineer will collaborate with all areas of the IT Operations department supporting infrastructure for the helpdesk, infrastructure architect, and data services team. This position will also be the primary interface to the security and governance teams to remediate audit and penetration test findings, coordinate responses to security incidents and responses to customer due diligence inquiries.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems; OR
Relevant work experience
Previous experience as a system administrator, support technician analyst, or similar role
Previous experience working with software development or implementation teams
Experience with data loss prevention (DLP) tools
General Requirements
Strong understanding of complex platforms, preferably with experience in the specific systems used by the company
Strong understanding of security protocols in networking, email, document security, and infrastructure platform security
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various departments and partners inside and outside of the organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently and prioritize effectively
Preferred Requirements
Essential Functions
Install, configure, and manage IT infrastructure including networks, virtual servers, backup solutions, cloud platforms, and other system infrastructure
Serve as the primary interface between the Client IT staff and technology service providers for data center and cloud services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues surfaced from tier 1 and 2 technical support or security operations related to IT infrastructure
Monitor platform performance to ensure performance and security
Update and upgrade platforms to ensure technology is at current levels
Assist the infrastructure architect with new system planning, testing, configuration, and analysis
Collaborate with all other areas of IT Operations to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment and technology utilities
Configure and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
Document relevant operational processes to ensure reliability of the infrastructure environment
Implement security measures and policies identified by the security team to protect data, software, and hardware
Work at the direction of the security team to remediate audit and penetration test findings, coordinate responses to security incidents and responses to customer due diligence inquiries
Perform other tasks as required
