Job Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Information Security to join our Technology Governance Department. In this role, you will lead and execute on a growing slate of activities related to Technology Governance, including the development and overseeing of the Information Security Monitoring Program (e.g. controls, processes, and risks) and other Technology Governance monitoring activities. The Senior Analyst will also assist in managing and enhancing the Policy Management and Process Risk and Controls Programs for Technology. The Senior Analyst functions as a project manager/subject matter expert, overseeing the completion of assigned projects and tasks encompassing all aspects of Technology and Information Security Governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the development and management of the Technology and Information Security monitoring program. Including but not limited to Technology and InfoSec Processes, Risks, and Controls

  • Lead in the design and implementation of Risk and Control monitoring techniques.

  • Lead in the design and implementation of Risk and Control reporting techniques.

  • Lead in the design and implementation of Key Performance, Risk, and Control indicators (i.e. KPI's, KRI's, and KCI's)

  • Partner with Technology Control Owners in the design selection, analysis, and implementation of controls.

  • Integrate and manage agile principles into the Technology and Information Security monitoring program and operations.

  • Conduct Technology and InfoSec control monitoring and testing.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of continuous monitoring strategies and solutions.

  • Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of monitoring solutions and activities.

  • Asist in the Technology Process, Risk, and Controls (PRC) program to build synergies and transitioning to the monitoring program.

  • Build upon and improve the existing Technology Process Risk and Controls program and framework.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of a Controls Assurance and Monitoring program supporting the Technology PRC program.

  • Partner with 2nd line of defense on Technology and Information Security monitoring program alignment

  • Lead and manage Agile projects related to the Technology and Information Security monitoring program.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert to support internal/external audit requests related to the Technology and Information Security monitoring program.

  • Assist in developing Technology and Information Security monitoring program continuous improvement roadmaps.

  • Assist in developing and driving monitoring program awareness and training campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years or more of experience in Technology and InfoSec Control and Risk monitoring, including experience in implementing a control monitoring program for Technology or Information Security.

  • 2+ Experience with Technology frameworks including (NIST, COBIT)

  • 2+ years of knowledge of Control and Risk monitoring techniques

  • 2+ years of knowledge of controls assurance

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

  • Ability to integrate agile principles into projects and day to day operations.

  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.

Preferences:

  • CRISC, CISA, CISM, PMP or CISSP certification, a plus

  • Knowledge of control design and implementation

  • Financial services industry experience preferred.

  • Familiar with JIRA and Confluence to manage projects and day to day operations.

Pay Range:

$98,080-$147,120/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
