General Dynamics Health Solutions is actively looking for a Security Analyst with cloud and development experience. The Analyst will be part of a team that develops and operates security features within the robust cloud environments of AWS and AZURE cloud.

The information security professional will be part of a team involved in the security planning, assessment, tool development, risk analysis, and maintenance of the Authority to Operate (ATO) for numerous FISMA systems for a federal health care agency. Specific responsibilities include:
Work in an AGILE culture to develop and operate security services in a cloud environment.
Evaluate and document FISMA controls and weaknesses.
Advise and assist operational activities as a security subject matter expert.
Support certification and accreditation efforts within the program.
Review and remediate violations within program procedures, configurations, and design.
5-8 years of related experience in information security/data security administration.
Experience with development in one or more coding languages such as PERL or Python.
Experience with AGILE methodologies and/or DevSecOps methodology.
Experience with vulnerability and compliance management tools and methodologies.
Experience with the identification, remediation and/or management of security risks.
Experience with architecting and designing end to end security solutions in the cloud.
Experience with federal laws and standards (FISMA, NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP).
Experience communicating security issues to non-technical audiences.
Ability to make decisions independently in support of the goals of the team and organization.
Ability to work under pressure, shift to changing priorities, and focus on priorities in progress.
Be motivated to tackle challenging problems; have excellent organizational skills; be able to work meticulously with careful attention to detail; strong customer collaboration skills.
