Under general supervision, plans, conducts and directs the analysis of clinical / healthcare business workflow issues to be solved with clients via automated systems / processes. Responsible for developing or modifying workflow processes which may improve efficiencies in the clinical setting. Works collaboratively with the client on training strategies (i.e. Train the Trainer, Super User) to improve customer adoption of the iKnowMed and Lyn Mobile software solutions. Must have EHR experience.

Acts as the key liaison between the client and iKnowMed or Lynx Mobile Team thru the entire life-cycle of the implementation. Responsible for the clear transition of the client from implementation phase to the account management team at the conclusion of the project.

Supports and adheres to the McKesson Specialty Health Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite team lead. Oversees / coordinates all aspects of the implementation and serves as key contact between clients, management and other departments. Leads the understanding of adoption of MU, patient portal, and LM in client environment.

  • Manages individual customer expectations of implementation, support and drives customer understanding of project. High degree of understanding of user readiness and process design and redesign needed to ensure successful implementation of software solution.

  • Application expert. Direct and assist with detailed analysis of the clinical and operational workflow of the customer. Expected to highlight any issues/red flags with project and escalate to proper team member any necessary changes/recommendations to ensure implementation is completed on time.

  • Able to work with clinical staff including the MD's, RN's, NP's, PA's and Office Administrators to customize a training plan around the iKnowMed software solution being implemented.

  • Responsible for successful turnover of project to account management team and act as liaison between client, implementation and account management.

  • Understanding of technical components of implementation including interfaces, network and hardware to support client understanding of these technical areas of installation.

  • Act as a mentor for new staff while going through the onboarding process.

Minimum Requirments:

  • 3+ years work experience in implementing healthcare information systems with preference in oncology experience.
  • 3+ years working in understanding of clinical experience with iKnowMed and Lynx Mobile.

Critical Skills:

  • Ability to demo an EHR and Lynx Mobile

  • Proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Power Point and Word is expected

  • Remote based

  • Travel up to 70%

  • Clinics, Pharmacy and Hospitals.

  • Understand safety requirements of working in an environment where Chemotherapy is mixed and administered.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CSV and PDF file

Writes succinctly - Writing of site notes and policies and procedures is both clear and succinct.

  • Expresses ideas and conveys information in a minimum of words. Appropriately uses written communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships in a team environment

Education:

  • 4-year degree in Nursing, Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience

We are currently looking for a Software Process & Jira Analyst to strengthen the existing software development processes and Jira workflows to ensure software quality is built into our products in accordance with the industry regulations we need to meet. As a Software Process Analyst, you will collaborate with teams in multiple locations of the US to assess the current methodologies, policies and procedures, proactively recommend areas for improvement, assess gaps against regulatory standards and drive the implementation of the changes needed. In order to operationalize the processes, we have defined, you will assist with the administration of Atlassian products to include the buildout of custom workflows and custom issue types. Primary Responsibilities: * Assist with software development process improvements to include streamlining activities, insertion of the necessary quality control points, establishment of roles and responsibilities and implementation of the process within the existing JIRA workflows. * Provide configuration and administrative support on a day to day basis of Atlassian products & plug-ins. * Provide configuration and administrative support of SDLC workflows in Atlassian products as well as training and oversight of the processes to teams. * Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence/Service Desk to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports. * Determine ways to optimize and improve Atlassian setup and process workflows and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user requests. * Document and communicate requirements, processes and change requests to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the needs of the business. * Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite. * Create and maintain Confluence site structure to meet growing business needs. * Maintain healthy Atlassian environment by periodically reviewing permissions, workflows, dashboards. * Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation. * Focus on continuous improvement and innovation in all you do. * System administration of the Atlassian stack (networking) Core Competencies: * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels, both within and outside the company in order to establish credibility with professionals on the project teams. * Experienced Jira, Confluence and Service Desk administrator - defining and building using custom workflows, post-conditions and custom issue types. * Ability to collaboratively approach gap analysis activities and encourage buy-in and support from the teams for recommended changes. * Ability to proactively manage process improvement projects from start to finish. * Ability to proactively manage process improvement within Jira, Confluence and Service Desk from start to finish. * Ability to constructively review documentation and product outputs and provide meaningful feedback. * Ability to assess what is missing from an existing process in order to streamline operations and adhere to regulatory requirements and standards. * Encourage constructive interactions among team members in order to address difficult situations. * Resolve and negotiate conflicts or problems with tact, diplomacy and composure. * Ability to respond to audit requests, participate in audit reviews, and mitigate audit findings. * Assist in various areas of process improvements, especially around SDLC.
