Job Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.


  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.

  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.


  • Senior level IIB developer local to Atlanta area

  • 100% on-site candidate, Local to Atlanta area.

  • 5+ years IBM Integration Bus 9/10 - hands on working experience

  • Excellent Java coding skills

  • Proficient working with and within IBM MQ Series

  • Strong SQL skills, especially within Oracle as this is what we use primarily.

  • Must be able to write scripts to create db objects when necessary and otherwise just excellent querying abilities.

  • Strong ESQL XSLT skills.

  • Experience in Data Power

  • Must be proficient in Git and SVN, Especially Git.

  • Excellent in-person communication skills this person will be working closely with the Business to help drive development efforts based on Business needs. They will need to be able to tease out what The Business is asking for even if they might not know what they want.

  • Excellent written communication skills this person will be writing documentation on the wiki for other developers and for The Business, as well as creating and maintaining JIRA tickets.

The position is integral in providing insightful analytics and collaborating across Commercial and Operational leadership. This is a highly visible position within the organization and will interact extensively with management Responsibilities * Plan, analyze, and report on all aspects of North America Clinical Trials Division, functional Profit and Loss Statements * Proficient ability to extract system financial information, analyze, verify, and draw conclusion * Identify profitability drivers and communicate findings/recommendations to Management * Develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics to drive performance * The ability to work cross functionally in a matrix reporting environment with internal business partners on projects including: * Annual operating plan and subsequent forecasts * Profitability improvement initiatives and related reporting * Reporting enhancements and improvements utilizing latest media * Collaborate to develop reporting tools and reports, plus analysis and recommendations to optimize business results * Partner with the leadership team to: * Fully understand and implement the functional vision * Achieve strategic goals and initiatives * Drive productivity and efficiency through innovation and process improvements * Assist in procedures and reporting relating to monthly/quarterly/annual close * Assist with financial reports and presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) * Ad hoc requests How will you get here: Education: * Bachelors degree in finance or accounting is required Experience: * 5+ years work experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) * Robust financial acumen in several areas including financial analysis and forecasting * Excellent skills with Hyperion (HFM) as well as MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint * Ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, incorporate external and internal information, draw conclusions from ambiguous data, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baseline * Ability to analyze and communicate variances to functional leaders is required to be successful in this position, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements * Strong business partnership ability exhibited through written communication, and clear and concise verbal skills, are required.
