Job Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and support for Information Security IAM platform.


This will include support and expansion of the Children


#s Mercy SailPoint system and other programs and systems related to the Identity and Access Management platform


This role will be have responsibilities for architecture


, technical and team leadership in the IAM space.


Provides overall technical leadership to Information Security analysts and developers

Leads small and medium size projects and


/or technology initiatives through all phases of systems development including planning, development, implementation and operation for complex computer projects.# Will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of the IAM roadmap.

####Insure system documentation including diagrams


, technical schema and project related documents are maintained and updated by IAM team.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor#s degree or at least 7 years of experience in liue of a degree# 3-5 years# experience in the IAM field, management of identities and account or IT Architecture would be considered for this position in lieu of a degree Knowledge of HIPAA and HITRUST; ability to assist or coordinate the implementation of solutions; ability to administer hospital-wide directory authentication systems such as Active Directory, RADIUS, and the integration of user account information between other systems (SSO); a basic systems administration and network administration level of understanding of networking and how these services interact Account and Identity Management Administration:## Active Directory (account and group management), O365/Exchange, knowledge of PowerShell IAM and Security Application
  • IAM System Experience (specifically SailPoint IIQ) and PAM System Experience Infrastructure experience

  • Active Directory, Azure, O365, Windows server CompTIA Security + preferred EEO Employer/Disabled/Vet

What you'll bring to the role… * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field –OR- equivalent combination of education and experience. * A minimum of five years of experience performing sophisticated financial analysis of businesses or business divisions. * Experience providing leadership and direction related to financial analysis and planning. * Working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles. * Demonstrated critical thinking skills. * Ability to identify underlying causes of business issues and recommend appropriate corrective action. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build consensus and interact effectively with all levels of the company * Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with spreadsheet modeling and Microsoft software.
