JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services. This candidate will lead multiple projects and validate architecture.

The candidate must have Managing experience with Global Identity Management tools, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, MIM (Microsoft Identify Manager) or other leading IGA tools, powershell, vbscript and other scripting technologies. Manager will be responsible for developing maintenance growth plans, action plans for personal, and against outbreaks, creating annual and project budgets, managing D&T staff, working with legal, Identity Access Management and Cyber Defense teams, keeping executive team up to date on the latest Security technologies, policies, and implementation plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides leadership direction and subject matter expertise on all aspects of Identity Access Management "IGA, PAM, SSO, PKI" including development, implementation and maintenance with specifics to Governance

Work across IS and IT teams to deliver IAM best practices for on premise and cloud based solutions for employees, contractors, vendors and customers while being a driver for IGA as a whole globally

Leads enterprise-wide information security program to ensure that all information technology assets are adequately protected

Lead a team of engineers with full stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver IAM Security services.

Manage and execute delivery against product and project roadmaps.

Stay up to date on new tools & techniques and act as driver of innovation into InfoSec and IT.

Interface with regulatory and compliance bodies, internal and external, to represent IAM Security technologies.

Partner closely with Architecture team to ensure alignment between security control frameworks, deployed technologies, and desired vs achieved outcomes.

Engage proactively with key stakeholders and partners outside of Security, including IT and Application development teams, to understand technology direction and align security capabilities accordingly.

Actively participate in strategic discussions with Information Security leaders.

Plan, organize and lead functions within established schedules, budgetary and resource plans;

establish goals, performance standards and operating procedures for assigned functions.

Participate in creation of department staffing and capital budgets.

Coach and develop team members; interview, hire, train employees, plan and assign work, manage performance, and address concerns and resolve matters.

Partner with our SOX and Governance teams for continual review, enhancement, and execution of access certification

QUALIFICATIONS.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
6 years of experience involving work directly related to security control evaluation and implementation on a similar technology platform
5 year's technical experience with IGA, SSO, PAM systems required.

Technical experience with at one or more of the following data repositories (Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directory, and SQL databases) required.

Ability to lead others previous management experience preferred.

Strong team leadership and management skills.

Ability to develop, document and communicate processes.

Ability to learn quickly and thoroughly in rapidly changing conditions.

Demonstrated ability to think laterally and under pressure.

Demonstrated capability to influence and persuade and to work across multiple levels of the organization.

Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.

Manages multiple projects or initiatives. Assists in the development of information system strategies. Proactively identifies areas for improvement and initiates the appropriate action. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages, coaches, and trains a team of Digital & Technology staff and oversees multiple projects. Documents procedures and standards. Identifies where procedures are not aligned with CBRE or audit standard controls. Provides tiered digital & technology support for end users. Troubleshoots technical problems such as application performance issues or network connectivity problems. Gathers and reports on support metrics in order to identify trends that warrant attention. Supports and maintains applications, networks, and devices. Works with vendors to deliver updates, resolve issues, and manage the product lifecycles. Researches and designs application development, infrastructure, or service standards. Serves as the digital & technology liaison for the area of responsibility, primarily for internal clients. Responsible for developing and executing multiple, simultaneous project plans. The scope of projects are small to large. Oversees digital & technology work orders and service contracts and ensures issues are resolved. Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.
