Human Resources/Data Integrity Specialist, in Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.

A qualified candidate will perform a variety of professional/administrative functions supporting HR and Manpower functional areas primarily updating, revising, inputting, and maintaining HR information systems while conforming to all protocols for internal control and data integrity.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Initiating and processing employee actions ensuring data is complete, timely entering data into government HR enterprise applications.
Reviewing input/output data to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to quality of standards and specifications set forth by the client.
Initiating and processing government hiring actions for internal and external new hires.
Managing the client s awards and recognition program for government civilians and military personnel.
Overseeing the success of on/off-boarding all government and contractor personnel for the client.
Analyze and present quantitative and qualitative data and make sound recommendations for the use by senior managers in both strategic and tactical decision making.
Maintain current organizational structure through position management and monitoring data integrity.
Identify and assist in the implementation of improvements and efficiencies.
Provide analytical support to the client s manpower growth and generate reports from the enterprise HR systems to address management requests; often will have the responsibility for completion of HR related projects and managing personnel growth.
Creating PowerPoint slide decks from reports that best compile and reflect data for C-Suite and management presentations.
Research information about various topics, as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent and 9+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; particularly ability to analyze and report data using Excel (ex: effective use of pivot tables, Ablebits/VLookUp, other basic analytical functions) and ability to create visually effective reports using PowerPoint (formatting, charts, graphs, etc.)
Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow.
Attention to detail a must.
