Job Description
In this role, you will ensure an exceptional associate and future associate experience at Fortune Brands Innovations. You will be a key member of the HR Operations team ensuring associates have information they need and that the back-office tasks of HR operate smoothly - all the while, optimizing our systems, processes and ensuring data integrity throughout the employee experience workstreams.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule. You can expect to work Tuesday
Thursday onsite at one of our hub offices (Oak Creek, WI; Deerfield, IL; Maumee, OH; North Olmsted, OH) supporting our onsite teams while Monday and Friday are remote.

The foundational skills you'll learn in this role will prepare you for a future role in multiple areas of HR - such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Technology, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Business Partner, and more. You'll be exposed to multiple areas of HR through day-to-day responsibilities and special projects and multiple areas of our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The most common activities are below - but may vary based on your location.
Serve as an escalated point of contact for executing system and data processing changes based on HR and management requests.
Support managers & associates to effectively use our direct access tools like Workday & UKG systems and job aid resources.
Support associates & managers with their questions and provide reporting, testing and back-end support during key HR processes - such as support within annual project cycles, workflow or processing improvements and more.
Optimize our People technology systems and experiences - scaling processes and running audits to ensure data integrity. Included but not limited to uncovering and managing interdependencies between teams to facilitate a common understanding of business challenges and assist with driving alignment for decision making and process improvement where possible.
Support People Services initiatives through ongoing partnerships with key functional stakeholders with HR function and external to effectively breakdown complex projects into actionable items for team.
Demonstrate continuous improvement abilities by mapping process flows, removing and/or automating steps as possible and tracking overall impact to team/process/business as a result of implementing changes.
Manage employee data within HRIS (Workday) and other systems, ensuring accuracy, running reports, troubleshooting errors and developing best practices for continued oversight and improvement.
Provide seamless and associate focused support for our people through day-to-day administration and facilitation of the employee lifecycle including monitoring issue resolutions and corrections as needed.
Conduct data integrity audits to ensure our HRIS has accurate and complete information while addressing any missing data corrections or reporting as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations or HR Technology - including internships
2+ years of HR Technology support for Workday platform is required
Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written, for all internal & external customers
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & cloud-based filesharing platforms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
Experience with our HR Technology platforms
