Sr. Human Resources Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

Serves as an HP Operations point of contact for both HR functional areas and integrated partners (IT, Payroll, Finance, etc.). Partners with HP subject matter experts to identify, plan and implement HP Operations initiatives. Provides technical leadership for projects, upgrades, and enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

• Seven years' relevant experience: Preferred

• Experience loading and configuring data tables and managing systems security: Preferred

• Project management experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Works with Technical Services and subject matter experts to implement systemwide HP initiatives.

• Leads the HP Operations implementation of new features and enhanced functionality of the HCM system.

• Leads projects for system updates including creation of the project plan, runs regular status meetings, ensures full testing and the training of HP Operations system users.

• Develops HP Operations procedures, guidelines and system or process documentation.

• Provides production support, security configuration and documentation, reporting and troubleshooting.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
