About The Position: The Sr. HRM-West, works with the our HR leadership, provides leadership and strategic direction for all human resources matters across the company's West Region, facilitates the implementation of related company initiatives, serves as a coach to sector operational leadership and as a liaison between field human resources functions and company leadership.

The Sr. HRM-West implements human resources (HR) initiatives and best-demonstrated practices in conjunction with line management; collaborates with colleagues across the company to identify, develop, and achieve effective solutions. Position Requirements:
