Responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources function including recruiting, compensation, benefits, worker's compensation, employee relations, organizational development & training programs. Assures compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.

Provides oversight of the facilities and security functions. Business partner with all levels of management to support the facility's specific business demands.


Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Assist all levels of management in interpreting and administering Corporate, Division and location policies. Provide interpretation of applicable labor laws and regulations.

Administer salary compensation program. Recommend appropriate changes.

Assist in development of job descriptions and classifications of jobs.

Provide guidance and assist management regarding performance management and effective employee counseling and disciplinary processes.

Prepare and administer the Affirmative Action Plan. Train and counsel management and employees on EEO policies and their application.

Participates in OFCCP, EEOC, FHRC, and DOL audits or hearings. Assures all associated records are maintained in accordance will applicable laws and regulations.

Conduct investigations into personnel matters and recommend corrective actions.

Partner with other managers to build teamwork, improve communication and foster a positive environment throughout the organization.

Develop and execute employee relations programs to foster positive morale and work environment.

Identify, develop, and deliver employee training and leadership programs for all levels of the organization.

Assist managers with career development and succession planning activities.

Oversee administration of employee benefits programs encompassing group insurance plans, 401K plan and employee activities.

Manage all aspects of the recruiting function, including orientation programs and retention of employees.

Manage the health and safety program, including training, audits/inspections, wellness programs and emergency response. Compile and report metrics.


Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university; and 10 - 12 years of diverse, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination. Strong computer skills, administrative data control, scheduling and team interface.

Their mission is to provide integrated test and training capabilities. Essential Job Functions: Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in the acquisition of threat systems and associated support equipment. Serve as senior logistics content adviser on contracts. Configuration management of multiple threat systems across numerous EB divisions. Assist in development of air intercept, electronic attack, and infrared payloads and target platform requirements to meet emerging threats, assist with solutions for integration and required documentation for configuration changes (Technical Order Management and Interface Control Documents). Prepare briefings and reports in support of program logistics activities. Develop or tailor logistics plans, reports, records, information technology documentation, and other acquisition documentation. Assist in development, review, and modification of logistics documents. Maintenance planning - Support planning in levels of repair; repair times; testability requirements; support equipment needs; deployment planning/site activation; development of preventive maintenance programs using reliability-centered maintenance; and post-production software support. Supply Support - Support identifying, planning for, resourcing, and implementing management actions to acquire repair parts, spares, and all classes of supply to ensure the best equipment/ capability is available to support the Warfighter or maintainer when it is needed at the lowest possible TOC. Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation. Support identifying, planning, resourcing and acquiring packaging/preservation, handling, storage, and transportation (PHST) requirements to maximize availability and usability of the material to include support items whenever they are needed for training or mission. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. BA/BS plus fifteen years of relevant experience is required. An active Secret clearance; eligible for TS/SCI. Effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Must be able to travel as required and able to rent/operate rental cars while on travel.
