Location: This role is office based in Plainfield, IN.
This is a strategic, HRBP role, supporting 2 senior leaders and their respective teams. The leaders are the SVP of Mobility ( in Plain field) and the Executive Director of Global IS in California.
Provides HR expertise and consulting to teams applicable to building organizational capability.
The focus is to achieve current and future business objectives through the development and implementation of practical, cost-effective, and proactive human resource strategy, policies and practices.
Consult with and advise management to maximize employee productivity through swift and timely resolution
Resolve employee performance issues to ensure appropriate corrective action steps are taken, including coaching, verbal / written warnings (corrective action), Performance Improvement Plans.
Provide counsel and support to managers for performance development and improvement. Track compliance of required training including conducting New Employee Orientation, New Manager Orientation, Harassment Awareness and other related compliance training, leadership and management courses, etc. as needed.
Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
Six to eight years of strong HR professional, progressive experience.
It is desired that a minimum of five of these years be spent working in a large corporate environment.
PHR/SPHR professional certification preferred.
