AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate HR Generalist to be responsible for providing HR services to the different functions as it relates to the Centers of Excellence: Compensation, Talent Management and Learning and Development
THE DAY TO DAY
Assists with day-to-day compensation administrative tasks
Collaborates with HR and Functions on best pay practices and guidelines
Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs
Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions
Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys
Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs
Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets
Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs
Talent Management & Learning & Development
Assists in the development and implementation of processes and programs designed to maximize employee productivity, performance, and engagement
Gathers data describing organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and team interactions
Conducts needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews with the goal of identifying areas for improvement
Implements interventions meant to address performance issues or gaps and monitors program progress to completion
Assesses the training needs of employees and evaluates the performance of current training programs and material
Coordinate with training staff to develop and deploy training resources meant to address these gaps
Assesses employees' skill or knowledge levels upon completion of training and produces objective measurements of training program performance
Recommends improvements to training programs, content, or delivery mechanisms
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Management or Human Resources required
Minimum of 4 years HR related experience and/or specialized training
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and payroll deductions
Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Payroll systems and Human Resource systems
As this role may require travel to locations other than the work site, a valid driver's license is required
