Sr. HSE Professional

As the Sr. HSE Professional at Snap One (A Resideo/ADI Company) you will support the deployment & continuous improvement of the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System for all Snap One locations. The role will cover all elements of HSE including, distribution, light manufacturing, offices, and retail locations. JOB DUTIES:

As the Snap One Sr. HSE Professional, your key responsibilities will be:

• Deploy ADI HSE operating systems and tools to support employee safety and hazard awareness.

• Work with Corporate HSE team in relation to its' auditing program relating to HSE and sustainability, including individual site location visits and independent compliance audits.

• Deliver on the strategy deployment process, with supporting analytics for collating and tracking key performance indicators.

• Monitor emerging HSE regulations that could impact the Snap One business, summarize the potential impacts, and identify actions required to respond to, or prepare for the identified impacts.

• Partner with the Information Technology (IT), Integrated Supply Chain, and distribution business operations leaders to ensure access to existing tools and troubleshoot specific issues.

• Ensure the delivery of targeted, timely and effective HSE training to key stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with both the ADI HSE Management System and all regulatory requirements.

• Support phased deployment of new software platform Benchmark Gensuite.

• Assist in resolving potential non-compliance, enforcement actions or litigation regarding HSE matters.

• Support risk-related management of all Snap One sites as they relate to insurance coverage requirements, improvements and other activity designed to ensure appropriate cover at each facility.

• Provide direction, oversight, and guidance for all aspects of HSE at Snap One locations. This includes HSE initiatives, Management system standards, as well as locally appropriate HSE regulatory compliance.

• Location: North America (Snap One Distribution Centers: Elk Gove, IL, Sparks, NV, San Bernardino, CA)

• Travel: 25-30%

YOU MUST HAVE:

• BS or MS in HSE or Engineering or other equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of HSE related professional experience.

• The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $78,840 to $137,160 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
