Sr. HSE Leader | Health, Safety, Environmental Process

As the HSE Leader at ADI (A Resideo Company) you will support the development, deployment & the continuous improvement of the Resideo strategy for Health, Safety and Environmental for the Americas Region. The role will cover all elements of HSE including, distribution, office, branch field operations/locations. JOB DUTIES:

As the Resideo North America, Senior Health and Safety Administrator, your key responsibilities will be:

• Continuously improve the common operating systems and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Resideo HSEMS programs.

• Work with corporate HSE team in relation to its' auditing program relating to HSE and sustainability, including individual site location visits and independent compliance audits.

• Deliver on the strategy deployment process, with supporting analytics for collating and tracking key performance indicators.

• Monitor emerging HSE regulations that could impact the Americas Region of Resideo operations, summarize the potential impacts, and identify actions required to respond to, or prepare for the identified impacts.

• Partner with the Information Technology (IT), Integrated Supply Chain, and distribution business operations leaders to ensure access to existing tools and troubleshoot specific issues.

• Work in conjunction with the corporate HSE team to continuously improve the structure and framework of our common analytics program.

• Ensure the delivery of targeted, timely and effective HSE training to key stakeholders in the Americas Region.

• Ensure compliance with both the Resideo HSE Management System and all Americas Region regulatory requirements.

• Support phased deployment of new software platform Benchmark Gensuite.

• Assist in resolving potential non-compliance, enforcement actions or litigation regarding HSE matters.

• Manage due diligence and integration of HSE/compliance matters as they relate to Americas Region acquisitions.

• Support risk-related management of all Resideo sites as they relate to insurance coverage requirements, improvements and other activity designed to ensure appropriate cover at each of the Americas Region Resideo facilities.

• Provide direction, oversight, and guidance for all aspects of HSE at the relevant ADI locations. This includes HSE initiatives, Management system standards, as well as locally appropriate HSE regulatory compliance.

• Location: North America (ADI Distribution Center - Dallas TXDF)

• Travel: 25-30%

YOU MUST HAVE:

• BS or MS in HSE or Engineering or other equivalent degree.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
