HR Team at Pure
The HRIT Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining HR information systems, technologies and to identify and recommend ways to ensure their optimal effectiveness and usage. This position is responsible for gathering requirements, designing, delivering, and supporting business transformation using Workday in areas of HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Recruiting.
What You Will Be Doing
Perform as a key contributor to Workday and other HR Technology projects, using domain knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps, and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective and efficient business solutions.
Maintain system configuration for HRIT support business operation needs. This includes managing the change control process, documenting business requirements and process flow documentation, managing testing, and obtaining all necessary approvals associated with changes in production environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand the business requirements, translate into high-level design documents, and ensure the development of solutions (i.e. Workday or system configurations or integrations) and deliverables are met.
Configure Workday reports including advanced reporting and dashboards for managers, executives and HR team members
Build/refine integrations and enable process efficiencies.
Build strong relationships with the business to anticipate needs, capitalize on opportunities, and deepen client relationships
Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
What You Bring To The Team
6 - 8 years of Workdays various modules expertise is a must
Understanding of the HR processes and procedures (i.e. compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.)
Must have experience configuring Workday Benefits module over two or more annual enrollment cycles
Personal passion for enabling effective scaling of Pure HRIT solutions
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on a team
Ability to solve problems in a structured way, applying principles of systems thinking
Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of industry experience
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment

This individual will participate in project team meetings, guide the team on product and testing requirements and support FDA negotiations and submissions on behalf of the project team. Experience in the radiation space or similar medical devices is preferred in order to guide an active product development team. In addition, experience with FDA submissions and negotiations in the 510(k) space is required. This position will report to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Responsibilities: * Oversees WW complaint handling activities for ViewRay including investigation * Works closely with engineering to document CA and PA as appropriate * Provides customer response explaining findings when requested. * Closes complaint files in an expeditious manner * Files Medical Device Reports (Form 3500a) with FDA as necessary. * Works with Competent Authorities through Authorized Rep to communicate reportable events as appropriate * Provides trend charts on periodic basis of reported symptoms as well as root causes * Identifies opportunities to improve complaint handling process along with other quality system processes and procedures as necessary * May manage complaint analysts as necessary to support complaint activities * Supports implementation of electronic complaint handling system * Additional miscellaneous support activities as defined by supervisor Education, Experience, Skills: * AA or AS in biomedical, electrical/electronic, mechanical, or pure science discipline * 8+ years of successful experience in a product quality assurance position or equivalent experience * Knowledge and experience with FDA Quality System regulations * Experience in NRC regulated environment and knowledge of ISO and CE Mark requirements very preferable * Experience working with complex electro mechanical medical device systems utilizing complex software * Previous experience using SalesForce, QI Macros, and other quality and reliability software as appropriate Personal Interactions: * Creative, flexible, and collaborative in approach to technical problem solving * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at a variety of technical levels * Ability to work effectively as part of the diverse team including physicists, scientists, and engineers in a fast-paced environment and with multiple projects * Please provide the name of any ViewRay employee referral for this position when you submit your cover letter & resume Viewray Mountain View CA
