Primary responsibility is the Application Owner for our ATS Solution (Oracle Cloud Recruiting), partnering with HR Managers and Staffing as the process owners.
Participate and help lead our functional and digital HR transformation, contributing on the roadmap, approach, business case and realization.
Also will be responsible for other systems (e.g. LMS) and team up with HRTS co-horts to support HR applications.
Provide guidance on the overall configuration, solution design, and future state business processes.
Act as primary accountable lead with Oracle and third party system integrator for a global, agile implementation.
Understanding of requirements management, gap analysis, effort estimation, building out as is - to be business process flows.
Participate in and lead business process assessment and future state business process.
Develop the functional design approach and work with team to write BRDs, functional design specifications, test scripts.
Provide trainings to end users, prepare user documentation and managing UAT sessions.
Perform systems analysis and design activities. Determine and resolve application and program problems. Resolve end user technical issues.
Define and help build baseline system configuration including workflows, views, pick list and other configuration values, user setup and security setup.
Proactively learn and understand Oracle System Updates and work with process owners to prioritize, leverage, implement, change manage and support. Minimum of 8 years of experience working closely with large HR systems and solutions, preferably Staffing and Talent Management, Oracle Cloud preferred.
3-5 years as an HR Generalist or Staffing / Recruiting experience.
Experience with implementing and supporting Onboarding, Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting, Integrations, Analytics products.
Min BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or IT / Computer Science.
3-5 years of project management experience with a demonstrated track record of success leading key initiatives from start to finish, including change management.
Project experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills.
Good organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize/re-prioritize.
A team player that can work in a collaborative environment.
