Lyten is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday to play a significant role in supporting a world class employee experience while ensuring efficiency and scalability in our HR systems. You will have demonstrated experience and passion for providing support for HR technology systems and programs. You'll participate in system implementations, configurations, system maintenance and enhancements, and analytics with a continuous improvement mindset. This position reports to the Director, Benefits and HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and configuration of Workday and related third party applications to meet user requirements

  • Development of enterprise architecture to support and deliver applications to users

  • Participation in application upgrades

  • Participation in the resolution of problems and issues associated with installed applications and related information technologies

  • Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies

  • Confer with vendors to address system support issues and escalations

  • Change control process for all application implementations/enhancements prior to release to customers,

  • Maintains an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area(s) of responsibility

  • Develop reports and dashboards for activities occurring within supported applications

  • Participate in complex projects by developing and documenting business processes, system processes and tasks associated with completing projects

Additional Requirements:

This is a hybrid role in our San Jose location with no relocation provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent with 5 years experience in HRIS, hands on systems work or similar including requirements gathering and design, process mapping and gap analysis and direct implementation of a new system.

  • 3 years experience Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Advanced Compensation required.

  • Project management experience

  • Workday Security Profile creation and management required

  • Demonstrated experience with other Workday modules (Time off, Leave Management, Learning and Talent Management)

  • Must have a strong understanding of HR operational processes and concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge to optimize Workday configurations and enhance HR functions.

  • Proven problem-solving skills in addressing technical issues, with a willingness to conduct thorough research and apply findings to improve system efficiency and user experience.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.

  • Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.

  • Knowledge of custom Workday reports and calculated fields, including BIRT and Composite reports.

  • Knowledge of Workday integrations using EIB, AP, CCB, Core Connector and Workday Studio.

Compensations Range:

The expected base salary range for this position is between

$141,100.00 - $211,700.00

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
