That's why we're actively seeking a Sr. Analyst, Human Resources Technology to join our team and take part in our people-first culture. This role will be hybrid with some in-office work taking place in our Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE office.
As the Sr. Analyst, HR Technology, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by providing support and administration for Workday and the HR technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and data management, exceptional analytical skills, and an eye for detail. As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing HR system functionality through continuous process improvement, automation, or other system enhancements to deliver an excellent and efficient end-user experience.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$131,040.00 - $160,160.00
