The Sr. HR Services Advisor provides exemplary customer service and support to Ricoh managers and employees as well as works with the HR Services Team to complete the Services related responsibilities. The Sr. HR Advisors use their working knowledge of Company Policies, Process and Programs to assist in assignment of workload and to ensure service levels are met and maintained.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors day-to-day activities of HR Services team to ensure service levels are met.
Acts as first point of contact for in depth HR-related questions. Provides exemplary customer service when assisting managers and employees.
Confident and proficient with Ricoh's policies and procedures. Ability to interpret and explain policies. Researches information as needed and follows up with managers and employees. Re-directs customers when needed (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
Effectively utilizes Ricoh's systems and resource spaces to assist managers/employees. (e.g., Service Now, Avaya, HRMS, Noetix, RWorld, Manager Resources, HR Connect, New Hire Corner, Ricoh Policies)
Escalates more complex issues when needed (e.g., to COE's; BP's; ER Team, HRC's or next level Services)
Assists in maintenance of HR Services Knowledge Base.
Prepares HR Services dashboard reporting.
Identifies trends and works with HR Programs team to update RWorld and identify need for policy change or clarification.
RWorld moderation -- monitoring questions through RWorld spaces.
Reviews trending on questions to partner with COE teams to re-educate and/or revise policies where needed.
Performs basic RWorld maintenance to Services spaces as needed
Participates in projects as assigned by the HR Services Manager.
Assists other HR Services Team members as needed.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Operates under the organization's Code of Ethics
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Two to three years minimum of overall Human Resource experience.
Professional HR Certification preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, database experience and HR Systems experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to follow processes and work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated effective decision making and escalating skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
