Respnsble for all onboard actions, incluldg initiat & closing background checks & new hire forms & liaison w/ internal stkholders for new employee setups. REQS: MS Deg. in Bsiness Admin, Mgmt Info Syst (MIS), or rlated field & 1 yr of rlevant wrk exp in HR, HRIS, HR Tech. or rlated fields. Mst have proven exp in Tlent Aqusition in pharma indus & Appl Trcking Systs.

Mst be profic using MS Off. tools: Excel, WD, PPT, Outlook Email, EDGE, SP, TEAMS & other appls like Zoom, WebEx. M/have exp handl, analyz, & reconcil lrge data sets & sttistical info in MS Excel & be prfcient in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts.

Exp w/ facilitat new hire orntation & onbrding actvit req. Min. 6 mos. exp using the RCM & Psition Mgmt in Success Factors HRIS is req. Knwledge of end-to-end emplyee lfe cycle in gneric pharma indust prefer.

Exp wrk in HR function at mnufact. fcility pref. Exp using systs such as ADP Wrkfrce Now Payroll Systm, EVERFI LMS, Law Logix & E-Verify for Empl Authz is req. Knwl of I-9s & E-Verify requrmts req. 15% travel up to 250 miles-site vsits & spcial prjcts as needed. 40hrs/wk.M-F. 9-5pm.
