As a Sr HR Partner
In this role, you will impact the organization by:
Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
Managing and developing a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Handling complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-oriented skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
