Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and collaborative Sr. HR Generalist to work alongside the HR Manager and the Global HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize well-developed Human Resources expertise. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions contributing to the overall success of the organization. In this position you will provide innovative people solutions to address complex business issues, including but not limited to talent development, employee engagement, culture shaping, learning and development, career pathing, performance assessment processes, and other HR functional disciplines.  

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition lead to provide a welcoming onboarding experience that includes coordinating new employee onboarding activities
  • Help to develop, coordinate and present development and leadership programs for all employees that support the corporate strategy and business objectives
  • Support team lead development and growth, accelerate high potential employee development, and manage internal competency models
  • Educate and assist managers and employees on HR policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools (e.g., development, feedback) to ensure knowledge transfer and enhanced organizational capability related to the management and development of people
  • Develop, implement, and support employee local and global engagement initiatives, including but not limited to recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and Employee Resource Groups
  • Coordinate employee feedback and 30-60-90 day new hire follow ups(annual survey, ongoing pulse surveys, focus groups, etc)
  • Oversee implementation of company events (such as employee appreciation day, international women’s day), in collaboration with global HR Team
  • Utilize data analytics and employee feedback mechanisms to track and measure the effectiveness of employee experience and engagement initiatives
  • Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of belonging and respect within the organization
  • Administer/interpret company policies and assist the HR Manager in employment issues
  • Assists employees regarding general company policy, benefits, and other HR areas
  • Utilization and update of the various ADP modules, Workday, and other software platforms
  • Routinely audit Company employee files and employment law postings for accuracy and adherence to established guidelines and applicable federal and state laws
  • Administer benefits programs, including managing open enrollment communications, mid-year changes and FMLA leave
  • Manage the offboarding process, including processing terminations, scheduling exit interviews, and coordinating the return of company assets

Educationand Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree a plus
  • At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience required
  • SHRM Certification required 
  • Previous experience working with a tech company or a in a similarly fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, ADP, Crelate and other HR platforms
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills; proficient data analytics and presentation skills
  • Ability to consistently act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
