Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing HR support to various sales and marketing organizations as well as other business units or corporate functions when required. This role supports employees located in our headquarters and across various sites in the Americas as most of the sales population works remotely. Generalist responsibilities will include a variety of HR activities, including employee relations, talent development, merit planning, recruiting, coaching, and reporting.

Essential Functions:

  • Primary point of contact for assigned groups regarding support to managers, employee relations, policy, process and support

  • Participates in implementation and support of global HR programs and initiatives

  • Proactive contributor to the development of managers and employees

  • Provides recruitment and selection assistance for assigned groups and works with business leaders, hiring managers and HR staff to develop creative, cost effective recruitment strategies

  • Works on special Human Resources projects

  • Flexible, supportive and adaptive to changes

  • Desire to explore creative alternatives to current HR practices to help build programs and processes that allow the company to scale

  • Good systems understanding

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office suite

  • Working knowledge of Employment Law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA and other aspects of employment

Minimum education and work experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is required

  • 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast paced, dynamic, high growth environment; preferably in the high-tech industry

  • Experience supporting a remote customer base is preferred, but not necessary

  • Working knowledge of Workday is a plus.
