Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Project Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the global centralized Talent Acquisition team in achieving their recruitment objectives through data storytelling. This team member will work closely with TA leadership and be responsible of the design, delivery, and maintenance of accurate and meaningful metrics to deliver high quality, actionable, efficient, and interactive reporting to drive business decisions.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive recruitment success. Successful candidates will be able to elicit requirements for reporting needs and develop them into meaningful data visualizations for various stakeholders. In this role you will:

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team by designing, developing, and delivering analytic reports, data visualizations, and metrics.

  • Continually refine, enhance, and automate processes and reports utilizing BI/Dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and Cognos

  • Support the development of dashboard front-end reporting capability for executive reporting that provides metric trending and analysis summarized for executive-level consumption

  • Project ownership of business initiatives (i.e. planning new recruiting products or system rollouts, etc.)

  • Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Develop process documentation and manage revisions, updates, and record retention of process documentation

  • Maintains awareness of industry trends, practices, techniques, and emerging technologies related to the data analyst/business intelligence discipline

Qualifications

What Makes You a Dream Candidate:

  • Highly skilled in data analytics and data visualization

  • Skilled at producing executive-level reports and/or training material using MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and MS PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end recruiting process preferred

  • Ability to effectively set expectations for deliverables, timeframes and actions

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, engineering, statistics or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, project management or recruitment preferred

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools like Oracle HCM/Workday preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
