    AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IL, NJ, VT, WA, WY Job Purpose · As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping grow key Connected Living clients and their customer (consumer) base. You will serve as a primary and strategic marketing point of contact for designated retail clients. · You will be responsible for messaging, positioning, and materials to support both B2B and consumer audiences for your clients. You will use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to optimize and improve program performance and help retain and grow our client partnerships. · You will lead development of sales materials, campaigns and thought leadership.

    Your will use sales enablement and other marketing technology to distribute, optimize and measure performance. · The ideal candidate will have deep consumer and B2B marketing expertise, with background in a Marketing or Advertising agency setting or in-house agency within a large Fortune 500 company. Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution · Serve as SME for target accounts, leading development of marketing briefs, creative and campaign briefs for your projects and campaigns. Provides direction on marketing materials, copy and design.

    Responsible for brand protection, consistency, and growth. · Develop and maintain buyer personas and journeys for client-specific audiences to inform marketing strategies, plans, messaging, and positioning. · Ensures all relevant materials (B2B and consumer-facing) complete necessary compliance and/or legal reviews and approvals. · Lead client implementations for Marketing, leveraging go-to-market tools and templates to adapt to your client’s needs and goals. B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement Support · Lead Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, plans and campaigns for designated accounts in partnership with Marketing Strategy & Planning team. · Partner with Marketing Strategy & Planning team to coordinate paid, earned and owned opportunities for your accounts and in coordination of key client launches and milestones. · Adapt and create content, campaigns and communications targeted to your clients and prospects. Partner to distribute through marketing or sales/account channels. · Serve as Marketing SME for key client meetings, business reviews, pitches, or RFPs (Request for Proposal). · Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, sales and business development teams to develop proactive win strategies and associated messaging for target clients and opportunities. · Lead development of storytelling framework for assigned accounts, ensuring relevance, consistency, clarity and accuracy. · Proactively create and maintain sales enablement materials, content, and communications your clients and prospects. · Partner to ensure accuracy with target audience lists, segmentation, and campaigns.

    Consumer Marketing · Lead marketing, brand and communications strategies for assigned clients. · Create consumer-facing campaigns, content and materials to be used across channels and touchpoints. Ensure consistency, clarity, effectiveness and compliance of consumer-facing materials and messaging. · Drive digital marketing recommendations to improve customer acquisition and lifetime value. · Partner with Sales Optimization to provide support as needed with respect to associate-facing materials, tools, and training. Marketing Insights & Analytics · Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns to evaluate success and optimize performance. · Serve as SME for marketing research related to retail vertical.

    Lead client-specific research as needed including but not limited to: naming, message testing, offer placement and comprehension with target audiences. · Proactively monitor client program performance and develop reporting to drive marketing decisions and recommendations. · Analyze and report on marketing performance for your clients, providing best practices, insights and recommendations for optimization. Basic Qualifications Required

  • Experience, Skills, and Knowledge · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or other related field · 8 years relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics. · 5 years’ consumer marketing experience including product positioning, promotions, campaigns, and sales across multiple channels · 5 years’ experience working with clients/partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction · 5 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results · Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns. · Excellent people skills; ability to build relationships, navigate cross-functional teams and internal/external resources. · Comfortable working in matrixed environments. · Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with complex and changing market dynamics. Other Requirements: · Environment/Physical Demands: o This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge · 10 years relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics. · 4 years’ product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support · Proven experience in customer, client and market research · Deep understanding of martech and analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4 preferred). · Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). · Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. · Bi-lingual preferred Helping you discover what’s next in your career is what we’re all about, so let’s get to work.
