Responsibilities:

The SR Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel demand strategies to drive continuous growth and lead generation while leading a team to execute global multi-channel demand strategies. They will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. The ability to conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas of opportunity for conversion rate optimization across website pages, and email campaigns; and lead the development and testing of experiments to improve conversion rates will be a imperative responsibility for success.

Our next SR Growth Marketing Manager will need to stay current on global marketing strategies considering localization (i.e. languages, cultures, and regulations) to meet lead development goals by geography and develop highly targeted account based marketing (ABM) programs that support lead acquisition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, business development executives (BDE's)) to identify target audiences, incorporate feedback into optimizing channels, and align marketing initiatives with business objectives will set this role up for success. They will need to utilize marketing automation to develop email nurtures, workflows, and landing pages as applicable, collaborate with digital marketing to optimize paid funnels across channels (SEM, social media, and display advertising), as well as collaborate with the creative, content and product marketing to develop compelling messaging and offers at conversion points. It will be necessary to monitor industry trends, market dynamics and client insights to make data-driven recommendations to refine our target audiences and personas to optimize marketing investments. This person will need the ability to manage the growth marketing programs budget, provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on Logility's growth marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience designing, building, and executing integrated campaigns for complex B to B solutions

  • 2+ years leading or mentoring people

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience (managing SEO/SEM, paid social, ABM (Account Based Marketing)

  • 2+ years copy writing and message development experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Dynamics or other CRM solutions.

  • 2+ years' experience with Hubspot

  • North America based, Eastern or Central time zone

  • Familiarity with supply chain planning (preferred)

  • Familiarity with AI/ML positioning (preferred)

  • Familiarity with agile marketing (preferred)

  • Experience working with global markets across NA, Western Europe and APAC (preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar area (preferred)
