The Sr GC Sales Specialist for Inside Sales will focus on Graphic Communication accounts. Assignment will be a mix of current Ricoh accounts with the primary objective of growing ZBA base within Ricoh's production and services footprint. The Sales position is 100% telephone focused and requires a minimum of 60 daily outbound calls. The Sr GC Sales Specialist must maintain accurate and up to date CRM notes on the potential opportunity inside the account. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for driving sales in the Graphics Communication space with a telephone based sales approach.
Business to Business Telephone call minimum of 60 calls per day.
Outbound Sales Calls to a small number of existing customers with the main focus on driving Ricoh's products and services offerings to new customers (zba).
Customer focused selling, communication and objection handling is required.
Delivering prepared sales talking points that describe products or services.
Must provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to all customers.
Meets or exceeds revenue and placement expectations.
Maintains records of account activity within CRM sales database.
Serves as first line of contact with customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related sales environment.
2-4 years preferred of telephone based business-to-business successful account management and account development experience.
Minimum 2 years Graphic Communications experience required.
