Job Summary:

  • Under minimal supervision proactively identifies, develops, and implements solutions to systemic and recurring service issues.

  • Uses expertise to solve complex service issues which may include providing international shipping consultation services, and data analysis of a customer's supply chain.

  • Leads special projects that directly impacts a customer's service and the development of quantified value that benefits both the customer and FedEx.

  • Analyzes and presents data of opportunities to generate incremental business through current and new customers.

Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:

  • Strong Excel skills

  • PowerPoint skills

  • Project Management Skills

  • FedEx International process knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalency required.

  • Four years work experience in external customer problem resolution.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

Domicile: This position can be located in any US based location.

Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
