Develops and directs marketing programs for a global Stroke Therapy Awareness initiatives.
Compiles and evaluates research on the regional patient pathway requirements and identifies enhancements to current programs. Defines a unified strategy with global oversight.
Prepares required program curriculum and tools. Aids regional teams in account development and program execution.
Establishes marketing strategies, including program direction, advertising, expense budgets, and future program development. Interfaces with sales, STA, customers, hospital staff to develop program requirements and specifications.

What you will do:
As a Sr Global Program Manager for Stroke Therapy Awareness, you will manage key programs that are critical in improving patient pathway to stroke treatment.
You will be responsible for driving the business forward with these programs by setting the strategic direction of the business and supporting the commercial execution of that strategy.
You will be responsible for recommending business development opportunities, new initiatives, and work across multiple functions on development and launch of those programs.
Developing relationships with key customers is very important, so you will be responsible for supporting customer relationships and organizing advisory boards and meetings if necessary.
The neurovascular business is fast growing, very dynamic and exciting field to be in.

What you need:
Undergraduate degree required, MBA strongly preferred.
6+ years of successful related business experience
4+ years of medical device experience required
2+ years of marketing or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success working in a collaborative team environment
Strong willingness to learn
