We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Sr. Global Program Manager within the Insights & Performance Account Management team. This is a fast-growing part of the Amazon Advertising organization that is focused on helping advertisers be successful marketers.
This program manager will be tasked with the design and implementation of programs that drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day responsibilities of our advertising account managers. Programs include transfer of work to our offshore partners, adoption of new tools and automated processes, and improvement in the end-to-end account manager workflow. Additionally, we will need to establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to understand the downstream impact of these programs to resource allocation and overall business goals. This program manager will work closely with the IPT leadership team to establish transformational programs across a 400+ person WW organization.
As a Sr. Global Program Manager, he/she will need to:
Provide structured approaches to solving complex operational problems
Independently drive programs from concept to pilot to full implementation
Effectively partner with and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
Build mechanisms to operate and audit programs across multiple business segments/geographies
Establish KPIs to measure impact on revenue, business growth, and cost savings
Identify new opportunities as well as trade-offs
Be willing to 'roll up sleeves' and operate with limited guidance in ambiguous situations
Ramp and understand the WW Ads business quickly, as well as the needs of our customers
