In this role, you will own the global promotion strategy and execution for Amazon Music, managing a multi-million dollar budget. You will work cross-functionally with Echo & Fire Tablet devices teams, Prime team, global markets and others to dive growth of Amazon Music Unlimited. This role is perfect for a skilled Senior Marketing Manager who enjoys working with partners and global stakeholders to define campaigns across the customer journey. This person works closely with cross-category partners as well as other internal business stakeholders to create new programs, manage campaign workflow, develop creative assets and work closely with Brand and Engagement teams to ensure success.


  • Develop detailed global promotional and internal partner roadmap, project plans, including campaign goals and messaging. Identify marketing distribution channels, campaign schedule and KPIs

  • Manage multi-million dollar promotion budget, driving KPI and ROI targets

  • Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing content

  • Maintain Amazon Music's brand and voice, while highlighting the unique value proposition of each partner participating in the campaign

  • Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders

  • Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion

  • Partner with Internal Marketing stakeholders to lead quarterly business reviews and monthly leadership updates

  • Establish ongoing test and learn approach to new and existing campaigns

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 The Amazon Music Creative Studio is seeking a talented, passionate Creative Producer to guide the Seattle-based Creative Studio team as they define and drive innovation for Amazon Music Marketing Campaigns across more than 35 global regions. In this position, you'll have a significant impact on the customer experience as you take a leadership role in Design at Amazon Music. You will be an advocate for and manager of the Seattle-based UX and Visual Designers and work collaboratively with Marketing, Partner, and Label Relations stakeholders to ensure our campaigns consistently meets an ever-higher bar of quality, impact, and efficiency. The Senior Creative Producer should have deep knowledge and practical experience in graphical design, from design concept to final asset creation, then on to trafficking of assets across multiple touchpoints. Since they will be dealing with so many stakeholders, the person in this role should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. The Senior Creative Producer goals are: Initially: to work with the teams to identify, prioritize, and schedule design team work items and schedules. Ultimately: to create a new, global workflow for Campaign design, that is optimized for both global distribution and local tailoring and performance. This involves the following key responsibilities: * Delivery - drive to on-time, satisfactory delivery of design team work by clearly articulating time lines and removing obstacles, assisting with tactical issues, triaging bugs, scheduling reviews with stakeholders and leadership, and communicating product/team status. * Team-building - work with Amazon Music stakeholders (such as Marketers, Label Relations Managers, Programmers, Editorial Staff, as well as Product Managers and Technical Program Managers) to understand business needs and goals. * Outreach - work with Music partner teams (such as Echo/Alexa Marketing, Prime Marketing,, XCM + D1, Amazon Studios, Audible Marketing, AMG, and the like) to understand their roadmaps and schedules and anticipate how their dependencies may affect the Creative Studio's schedule and priorities. * Design Ops - driving decisions and use of Design Ops tools (such as wikis, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and status meetings) to improve and scale the process or organizing work, communicating about it, and driving to successful completion of it. * Vendor Management - drive processes for onboarding key vendors of the Creative Studio (such as with design production or video creation) to enable quick and efficient use of time and communicate how delays are impacting schedules and deadlines. * Advocacy and Outreach - work with Amazon partner teams (such as Amazon XCM/ADX/Marketing Designers/Programming Designers) to help communicate and share the best practices and breakthrough work of the team – through efficient, scalable tools or processes. * Communication & Dissemination - facilitate contacts, information, and asset distribution between Creative Studio and stakeholders through self-service tools and documentation. * Develop Distinctive Excellence - support the broader global Creative Studio and UX team by facilitating the sharing and mechanization of best practices and subject matter expertise across the team.
