We are currently seeking a Senior General Manager (SGM) to join our Office Property Management team. Our team's priorities are:

What this job involves

Managing industry changing properties

As the Sr. General Manager (SGM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an office portfolio.

You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

As a General Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to communicate well and manage client, tenant and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution and client retention.

  • Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree a plus

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience managing office property

  • Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports

  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration

  • Must have at least 5 years of management experience

  • Texas Real Estate license required within first six months of employment

  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required

PURPOSE Manage the execution of the assigned medium to large multi regionally-based clinical study(ies) per Contract, from initiation through to closeout. Ensure that all clinical study management and project deliverables are completed to the Sponsor's satisfaction, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget and in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and co-ordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles. Ensure consistent use of study tools and training materials and compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures. Implement continuous improvement activities for assigned projects. Develop study management plans, together with team assignments and accountabilities and oversight of database maintenance. Serve as primary project contact with Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained and continuously improved and reporting schedules are adhered to. Lead problem solving and resolution efforts to include management of risk, contingencies and issues. Develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate clinical risk. Escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties. Collaborate with other functional groups within the company where necessary to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles. Provide input for the development of proposals for new work and project budgets. Provide input to line managers of their project team members' performance relative to project tasks. Recommend team members' further professional development. Support staff development. Mentor less experienced CPMs. Ensure high performance and efficiency of the clinical team through the scheduling of co-monitoring/accompanied site visits and ongoing mentoring of CRA team. Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings. Participate in proposal development. May lead bid defense presentations in partnership with Business Development and Senior Clinical Project Management staff. Define project workloads and assignments.
