Update project schedules to provide actual and estimated Start/Finish dates, and percent complete progress against tasks supported by objective criteria
Estimate the Operations labor and resources required to complete the remaining work
Validate charges incurred within operations accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Work with functional support staff to develop basis-of-estimates and the supporting narrative for proposal submissions to the external customer
Work with the Integrated Product Team to establish the project cost structure/accounts that serve as cost collection and management points of control
Provide cost and schedule variance analysis with technical support
Detail plan (baseline) the work to be performed through the schedule (IMS) and cost tool (Cobra) with technical support and input
Work with functional support staff to evaluate the need for overtime and submit requests to the PMO to meet schedule objectives
Support internal and external Program Performance reviews (IBR, USG EVM audits, ISR, PAR, etc.) as required
Update and distribute Work Authorization Documents (WAD) to functional Product Leads to ensure all parties understand the work to be performed and the cost/schedule constraints that the team will be working within
Support the Product Leads in the development of a cost and schedule corrective action plans
Participate in the identification and mitigation of Risk & Opportunities
Participate in cost, schedule, and technical reviews to communicate the status of work being performed and to incorporate the impact of status provided by other team members into the operations plan.
Working knowledge of Production Operations, Logistics/Warehousing Operations, Production Planning & Control, Quality Control, and/or Production Engineering.
Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and principles
Proficient Excel skills (ex. Functions & Pivot Tables)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Finance and/or Cost Account Management experience
Experience working with SAP and/or Deltek Cobra systems
BOE (Basis of Estimating) writing experience.
Experience working on MC130J, CV-22, MQ-9, or AC130J aircraft programs.
Experience working on Production programs
