Sr Full Stack Engineer

As they continue to expand their operations and enhance their digital presence, they are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Lead the full development lifecycle, handling varying requirements to create scalable front-end, back-end, and API solutions.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using Remix & React and build robust back-end systems with Ruby on Rails for optimal performance.
• Manage databases effectively to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, contribute technical expertise, provide ongoing support, and document processes for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend web development using Ruby, Python, Node, or similar technologies.
• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, using frameworks/libraries such as Remix, Next, Vue, Angular, etc.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, databases, scaling, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications in a production environment.
• Experience working effectively in an agile, distributed team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
