Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Synchrony Health Services is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Home Office team. This role reports to the Vice President of Operations Finance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. Inthis role, you will play a critical part in our financial planning process, with a primary focus on developingand maintaining our annual budget.

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's annual budget, ensuring alignmentwith strategic goals, focusing on Synchrony business - Rehabilitation, Pharmacy & LaboratoryServices.• Partner with business unit leaders to gather financial data, understand departmental needs, andcreate accurate budget forecasts.• Develop and maintain complex financial models using best practices and industry-standard tools.• Analyze historical financial data, industry trends, and economic factors to inform budgetassumptions.• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results, andrecommend corrective actions.• Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for senior management andstakeholders.• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and financial reporting regulations.• May mentor and train junior financial analysts.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor DegreeExperience: 5-8 years

Physical Requirement

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently duringworking hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and writtencommunication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and allbusiness associates outside of the health campus.s
