The Senior Financial Analyst

• Consolidations provides analytical support to the corporate business unit. This role directly impacts our financial performance, Hertz leadership, and financial related aspects of the business. As a key member of the FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist in consolidations and forecasting.

This role will sit onsite in the Estero, FL corporate office.

What You'll Do

• Assist with management performance reporting to facilitate reviews with senior leadership including analysis, enhancements and consolidation

• Variance analysis of operating results vs forecasts

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting with full understanding of variances to prior forecast, annual operating plan and prior year performance

• Manage Excel and Hyperion Planning model to consolidate Financial Income Statements on a monthly, quarterly and full year basis

• Assists in process and preparation of annual Budget, understanding key drivers and variances to prior year

• Help to ensure alignment between business data system and accounting system of record

• Provides analytical support on various special projects to enhance the financial decision making process

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in finance, forecasting, and budgeting

• Experience building finance models and data mining

• Expert Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel

• Experience or ability to learn software including Oracle Finance and Hyperion Planning

• Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.

• Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure
