Job Details

The Global Business Delivery (GBD) team is responsible for Salesforce's Global Shared Services organization including strategy, operational/performance management, business intelligence, process/project management, systems and policies and operational excellence servicing several Salesforce business units including but not limited to Finance, HR, Contact Centers, Sales, Marketing and Analytics.

The ideal candidate will partner with Operations Leads and Finance counterparts on build annual budgets, manage quarterly and rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting to GBD stakeholders. In addition, they will work closely with global business analytics team to report on key performance metrics, trends and provide meaningful business insights to management. A dynamic team player with the ability to forge strong relationships and maintain effective communication to meet shared project commitments.


  • Maintain relationship between Finance and GBD to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the critical business systems that drive global Finance operations.

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports, variance analysis and commentary as part of the monthly forecasting and management reporting process.

  • Develop and maintain business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key stakeholders

  • Work closely with Suppliers and GBD Operations to make sure data definitions and technical logic align with business metrics

  • Design and build dashboards in Einstein/Wave to analyze data, identify insightful trends, and interpret the technical data into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define workflows.

Required Skills/ Experience:

  • Advance knowledge on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides environment

  • 3+ years of FP&A or business finance experience in planning, forecasting and analysis is required

  • Ability to solve problems and effectively deliver results within tight deadlines

  • Understands how to prioritize request and adapt to their specified business needs.

  • Einstein/Wave or similar dashboard tools to provide insights

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred). Advanced degree a plus

Overview CPO Finance team members work collaboratively to support all financial aspects of FedCash® Services. Through our deep understanding of financial management we enable informed decision-making and strong stewardship. In this key position, you will provide dedicated financial management support to the CPO Nationally Provided Support Services (NPSS) budget, support to the 12th and 4th District budgets, and project-based support to other areas of the FedCash® Services finance function.
