A long term consulting opportunity has arisen at a leading Manufacturing company for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with skills in leadership and efficiency. A primary point of contact for all financial and sales issues, the Senior Financial Analyst consultant will handle project spending, planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting. You will need to follow public reporting requirements in order to perform analysis of the operating results and financial performance of core business segments, as well as provide decision-making support for future company investments. Strong Sales and Profitability Analysis experience required. How you will make an impact

  • Optimize business performance by identifying and executing financial analysis

  • Execute assistance in all ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests

  • Draft quarterly and monthly management reporting - evaluating financial results, summarizing key trends, analyzing current and future business risks, and flagging critical updates to senior leadership

  • Develop business, operational, and financial processes to be repeatable and understandable for all necessary teams

  • Be able to analyze financial results, distill and synthesize key issues, communicate updates to senior management all in order to drive existing management reporting

  • Collaborate with Operations and Accounting to drive improved management reporting by tracking financial results more discreetly and accurately

  • Manage positive relationships with key business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership

  • Provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance, and ensure alignment of operational initiatives by working closely with the Functional leads


  • Foundational knowledge in financial analysis

  • Variance analysis experience required

  • Data warehousing experience

  • Sales analysis reporting experience

  • Strong familiarity with financial reporting

  • Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

  • Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers

  • Efficient in office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools recommended

  • 7+ years experience in operations finance required

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Skilled at process reengineering and optimization

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Applicants are required to hold a Finance, Business, or related field BA/BS degree

  • Able to think critically and operate effectively with management

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Specialist to join our team in Racine, WI. Reporting to the WCM Regional Director, the Sr. WCM Specialist is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of WCM principles in conjunction with plant personnel. The specialist will work with plant personnel in determining individual plant route maps and will identify plant strengths and weaknesses. Responsibilities include: Continually review Plant applications of WCM methods/standards for continuous improvement, aid in creation and implementation of Best Practices throughout the region Support plant WCM audit preparation, verify documentation, attend and report out on audits which may involve travel over 30% of the time Establish a periodic review system for all Plant Pillar Leaders to ensure compliance with Pillar standards and methods. Prepare weekly/monthly executive review presentations Regularly review and coach Plant WCM activities, lean lab activities, presentations prior to audits within the review process standards and support auditors during WCM audits. Communicate regularly to all plant, purchasing and other support function leaders in the region to insure updates, alignment and understanding on proper WCM methods and standards. Lead and Coordinate the regional WCM for suppliers program to assist and provide direction to key CNH suppliers Actively participate and coordinate activities with other CNH and FCA plants globally for training, benchmarking and workshop related activities Develop and maintain evaluation/reporting process for the NAFTA Plants. Perform regular updates on the Plant progress of the assigned Pillar(s) through relevant KPI's and KAI's. Interface with all NAFTA/WW Pillar Leaders for support across Pillars Assist WW Pillar Leader in creating, evaluating, updating training materials Benchmark industry standards & recent technological advancements to develop new tools, methods & training Train, educate and mentor Plant Pillar Leaders, Co-op students and interns in the WCM methodology & projects Required Qualifications The qualified candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical degree with emphasis in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical discipline plus 6 or more years of experience in lean manufacturing environment. Will also consider an Associate's Degree plus 9 or more years of lean manufacturing experience OR high school diploma/GED plus 12 or more years of lean manufacturing experience. Ability to travel more than 30% The ideal candidate will have: Thorough understanding of problem solving techniques, phenomenon root cause analysis through the use of proper tools, use of preventive & proactive approaches Fundamental understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts, manufacturing supply chain management, value stream mapping/analysis, structured Project Management execution through an ERP platform Strong business communication and presentation skills in English; Ability to communicate across multiple organizational levels Ability to verify, interpret and present data in a multi-layered analytical approach through a software medium is essential along with a strong understanding of layered process audit methodology Knowledge on identification, relational understanding and categorization of manufacturing and supply chain waste & losses using quantitative analysis methods Strong computer skills utilizing MS office and Project package, robust use of presentation software and online virtual meetings are essential WCM Pillar management experience and being a good team coach is strongly preferred Cross functional manufacturing project management leadership experience is a plus Knowledge of all 10 WCM technical pillars, with specific concentrated knowledge of at least 2 pillar operations Must be able to multi task and coordinate activities across more than one facility/plant Strong general WCM background obtained working within a plant setting and leading Kaizen activities CNH Industrial Sturtevant WI
