The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with company-wide planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will serve as an integral part in collecting, maintaining, and interpreting financial data and driving meaningful change across the company through financial modeling, fact-based analysis and the interpretation of key business results and financial trends. Additionally, this individual will have an opportunity to work with Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations to participate in companywide strategic decision-making.


  • Utilize solid financial knowledge and exhibit strong business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, develop strategy and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements and influence leaders.

  • Prepare internal reporting packages and supporting details, while streamlining data flow and automating the analysis process as needed.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for the Company's Board of Directors meetings.

  • Create and maintain a variety of management reports using multiple data sources

  • Work with business unit leadership during the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes to understand business drivers and variances.

  • Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials including earnings call scripts and presentations, factsheets, Q&A prep documents and financial analysis.

  • Work with VP of Investor Relations and other internal departments to ensure consistency in financial reporting and external messaging.

  • Conduct and provide ad hoc reporting, including regular market surveillance of the Company's (and its peers) performance, market conditions, and industry trends.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of and monitor complex analyst valuation models; identifying the issues that require management's attention and providing recommendations.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus

  • 3-5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting, financial planning and analysis, and financial modeling

  • General understanding of GAAP accounting

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Access, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong data mining and data automation skills

  • Experience with an EPM tool such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion Essbase, etc. and reporting tools such as SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or Cognos a plus.

  • Ability to take ownership, provide innovation and improve processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization

  • High motivation, curiosity and willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done

  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed
