Primary Job Responsibilities
Conducts financial analyses to understand business drivers and competitive environment to help drive toward improving business results
Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan
Consolidates budgets across departments / branches and perform budget analysis
Review overhead performance and develop benchmarks to monitor performance
Prepares reports and analysis to management including, but not limited to, variance reports, operational metrics, and other KPIs
Assists with development and preparation of models to support costing/expense analysis
Performs monthly results reviews with Plant and Area leadership, highlighting key changes in performance, and identifies areas of opportunity for improvement in process/operations to drive results
Assist in Plant/Service Center inventories, including reviewing against trends for potential exposure

Required Education/ Experience
Minimum Bachelors-degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
5+ years financial analysis, accounting, or equivalent experience
MBA/CPA/CMA certification preferred, but not required
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Required Skillsets
Ability to travel ~ 10%
Strong attention to detail
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects or tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
