Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Location:Mansfield, Texas
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support
the company's financial planning and decision-making. This role requires strong business acumen,
communication skills, and collaboration with multiple departments to drive financial efficiency and
profitability. The Sr. Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze monthly and annual budgets, identify
trends, provide cost analysis, and develop scalable financial processes that enhance decision-making
and strategic planning.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and analyze monthly budgets to maintain expenditure controls and track financial
performance against forecasts.
- Provide cost analysis, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize spending and
improve profitability.
- Analyze budget trends, create financial forecasts, and summarize findings to support decision
making.
- Develop and implement new financial processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and reliability in
reporting and analysis.
- Summarize and track budgets to recommend approval or disapproval of expenditures.
- Effectively communicate FP&A perspectives to decision makers by using visuals and story-telling
techniques.
- Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand operational needs and provide
financial support.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Understanding of US GAAP and financial statements required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights, analysis
and recommendations to decision makers. Ability to "tell the story" behind financial data as it
relates to the business.

- Innovative thinker who proactively seeks efficiency improvements and automation opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and Power Point
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
platforms).
- Experience with Oracle, OneStream, and Tableau preferred
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or public
accounting
