Your Role on our Team
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing day-to-day financial and business-related analysis for our Hand Tools manufacturing facility in Mukwonago, WI. The Sr. Analyst will partner with business partners in Operations and Engineering to provide financial insights through reporting and analysis, with the overall goal of increasing plant profitability.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Support one of the domestic manufacturing site's financial processes including, but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost variance analysis, and capital expense planning.
Provide ongoing daily and weekly support to Plant Leadership team - including mid-month financial performance updates and M/E projections.
Update reporting tools and dashboards, streamline and automate forecast and budget processes.
Summarize and communicate plant Risk and Opportunity
Assist plant leadership with spend tracking and help identify areas for cost out opportunities.
Prepare and present monthly Operations Package information to Plant Leadership Teams
Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; Operations or Manufacturing experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Typical requirements in Excel to include pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
