Are you a self-motivated finance professional? As Sr.

Financial Analyst, you will have ownership of several key areas of the Company's financial activities, including periodically updating forecasts and budgets, running monthly reports comparing actuals to forecast/budget/prior year, and performing analysis related to business drivers, potential issues, and profit improvement/lean initiatives. We are looking for someone who says "yes" to new opportunities and areas of ownership, learns quickly, and is comfortable making decisions and leading projects related to the financials of our industry-leading Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Endless Pools, Fantasy Spas, and Freeflow Spas.

  • Do you have excellent financial competence? You will analyze business situations to determine solutions that help the Company save and make money.

    You will take ownership of portions of the budget and forecast processes and will be expected to drive all assigned tasks to their successful completion. This role offers ample opportunities to showcase your leadership skills and positively impact the business.

  • Can you support the financial needs of the business? Using your strong verbal and written communication skills, you'll provide financial support to management across functional departments.

    Strong eye for business with the ability to understand the 'big picture' and how specific tasks impact the overall business is required. We are looking for someone who understands and can anticipate what numbers should be, based on sound judgment and validation of master data/reports.

  • Do you have strong analytical skills? We'll rely on you to identify issues, recommend improvements, and implement results with minimal direct supervision. You will participate in and lead special projects to improve the capabilities of the Finance team, working independently as required.

  • Are you a reporting guru? You will perform various monthly and/or periodic reports, to include the creation and maintenance and improvements of consolidated financial reports and other reports related to business drivers/metrics.

  • Are you system-savvy? You will be expected to quickly adapt to and feel comfortable working in a variety of systems, including Excel, SmartView/Hyperion, SAP BPC, and Workday Adaptive. Prior experience with a Tier 1 ERP such as SAP or Oracle a strong plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study and 3-5 years of experience in an FP&A role. The equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Advanced proficiency using MS Excel required, with the ability to review Excel files, understand how they were built, and make changes to them as business needs change, without jeopardizing file integrity/accuracy.

  • Ability to comfortably interact with all levels within the organization and within a strong team environment.

  • Experience working in a consumer-goods manufacturing environment a plus.

Hiring Range: $68,500-108,000
