In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the forecasting activities associated with customers and products. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the supply chain management.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. 2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand demand forecast drivers. 3.

Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and timely fulfillment of orders. 4. Implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce costs. 5. Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. 6.

Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. 7. Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances. 8. Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and systems.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, and Fulfillment. 3.

Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel. 5. Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 6.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines. 7. Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization. 8. APICS or other forecasting Certification preferred. 9.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
