Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions within Building Solutions Project business. Support regional planning, forecasting and reporting, working directly with the regional General Manager (GM). The position will work closely with the regional team and support the GM in achieving financial targets (Sales, Margin, Cashflow). This position will also partner with North America leadership on Annual Plan (AOP), financial forecasts, STRAP and monthly reporting processes. Drives reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) on OEF, Indirect Spend, Non-Controllable Costs, and Overhead Expense.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial projections for the region; track and analyses variances

  • Review and approval of EAC deviations

  • Timely month/quarter close

  • Drive compliance

  • Assist audits

  • Enhance internal controls

  • Maintain process documentation

  • Drive continuous improvement


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting


  • Some relevant experience in similar positions.

  • Master's Degree in Finance or CPA.

  • Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.

  • Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.

  • Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls.

  • Good oral and written communication.

Apply today Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities * Responsible for delivering timely and accurate monthly reporting requirements working with accounting, and other finance team members. Responsibilities include logistics costs presentation, forecast preparation and analysis of variances to plan, prior year and forecast * Responsible for analysis and understanding of spend and forecasting for freight, tolling and warehousing Spend * Deliver a robust monthly financial reporting package for logistics costs * This position will fully support tolling, freight and warehousing organizations gi * Tactical development, improvement, and own in an accurate and timely manner the monthly variance analysis of these line items in the P&L * Support Manager, FP&A and coordinate enterprise initiatives, ad hoc variance analyses and information requests * Run monthly KPI reporting from Hyperion * Analyze work process flows, make recommendations and implement improvements to streamline the monthly and quarterly reporting process * Actively participate in cultural projects to drive higher engagement * Business partnering with Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement and Commercial teams * Build and continuously improve forecasting process, starting with the supply chain data and ending with the complete financials, covering all logistics costs. Deliver understandable and vetted forecast, including comparison to Annual Plan and Forecast.
