SR Financial Analyst (Ft; 40Hrs/Wk) - Temple Faculty Practice

Sr. Financial Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of business performance, as well as thorough and robust financial forecasts.

Position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking ability, and excellent communication skills. This individual will act as a key decision support resource for health system leadership with regard to health system performance and strategic initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish and mentoring junior staff.

Education

Bachelors Degree : Major in Accounting or Finance (Required)

Masters Degree : Business Administration (Preferred)

Experience

5 Years experience with Windows Server OS, VMware and Citrix (Required)

1 Year active experience with Hyperion or other business intelligence platforms (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Preferred)

Experience accessing data from enterprise-level ERP and accounting software (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, etc.) (Preferred)

Experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
