The Role

Are you interested in supporting financial analysis for the Asset Management Tech (AMT), Compliance, Risk, Business Operations (CRBO), Finance and Funds Oversight (FFO) and Human Resources (HR) shared services groups. These teams total ~3,000 associates, $700M portfolio across 9 different business domains in three different countries? Asset Management has been adding products and services such as Digital Assets, Custom SMAs, and Alternatives over the last three years like never before which requires new or expanded technology capabilities to enable scale and efficiency while ensuring risk mitigation across the entire organization.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that has great problem-solving skills, can bring a collaborative energy to the team and has a natural intellectual curiosity to understand AMT's business, initiatives, and analyses. The Analyst will work primarily within a collaborative team of Analyst and Director level peers and will be able to take initiative, learn quickly, work independently, and operate in a dynamic, team oriented, fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Shared Services as part of the full Shared Services Line Finance team.

The Value You Deliver

Provide Finance support for Finance and Fund Oversight (FFO), Compliance, Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) and specific AM Tech Business Domains.

Initial Primary focus will be to generate monthly results and analyses for Cloud Hosting, Equipment and Software across all Tech domains as well TBM and GL views of Expense and Headcount for specific shared services groups.

Be part of the team to ensure NGAV allocation processes are properly reflective of TBM spend to enable the NextGen Profitability environment to function appropriately.

Support the planning process for FFO, CRBO and AM Tech Business domains including multi-year plan, operating plan, budget, and forecasts for both TBM (Work) and General Ledger (Home) financial views.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics combined with a minimum of 5+ years' work experience in a finance capacity.

  • Proficient knowledge of financial model design and visualization (using tools such as Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Anaplan) and demonstrated ability for analyzing large data sets and building complex financial models.

  • Demonstrated financial statement analysis and ability to identify/resolve detailed financial issues while understanding larger business context.

  • Experience with Technology Finance, Cloud Service Providers, or FinOps is highly desirable.

  • Confidence, business maturity, interpersonal skills, and presence to both collaborate effectively across all levels and to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Energetic, demonstrates initiative and collaborative team player supporting multiple projects across all focus areas through data gathering, modeling, analysis and transaction execution.

  • High degree of comfort with data, modeling, financials, and ambiguity.
