Job Description:

Start-Up & Support Lead Role Overview:

The Start-Up & Support Lead will engage with key Account stakeholders and clients for new logos, renewals, and selected migrations to implement corporate billing and invoicing processes using DXC tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in invoicing, billing, and DXC corporate billing tools.

• Analyze DXC contractual billing requirements including pricing, SLAs, PO requirements, and invoicing.

• Collaborate with DXC teams and clients to deliver compliant billing solutions.

• Identify source systems for capturing billing information; confirm business rules and data elements.

• Ensure data quality and integrity to minimize revenue leakage and client dissatisfaction.

• Engage subject matter experts (Tax, Legal, etc.) as needed.

• Design and deliver monthly invoice creation, review, and issuance processes.

• Implement corporate billing tools (ERP, Atlas, GBRT, etc.).

• Document business requirements for billing automation; collaborate on building and implementing solutions.

• Create and deploy account handbooks detailing invoice processes.

• Support ongoing maintenance and updates of the billing solution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and business process requirements.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong data and technical analysis skills.

• Project management, order management, invoicing, and CRM experience.

• Ability to interpret contracts and identify necessary billing information.

• Financial and accounting skills, with business acumen.

• Adaptability to shifting priorities and multiple accounts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Must be a USA citizen and resident with necessary security clearance.

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.

• Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

• Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
